I bought 2 of these rings as Christmas gifts and got exactly what I expected. Higher quality piece of jewelry, in a velvet bag, in a box, in a satin blue bag. After seeing the quality of the product, I immediately bought another 2 rings for gifts, and then again another 13 rings for a bachelor party. (party favors) The 2nd order did not have the tiny velvet bags for the rings (but did have the bigger satin blue bag). I am still waiting on the shipment of the 13. I will mention that one of the rings in the 2nd order has some tiny tarnish on the side of it; however, I just did not feel like going through the effort of a return process. This is not commentary on West Coast Jewelry's return process, just mail-order returns in general are a hassle. So overall - High quality product, fast shipping, the potential of minor anomalies, but a highly responsive and straight forward company. I will do business with them again.

This works as advertised. I cannot stress enough that the ring needs to fit properly or it will hurt your hand when you open the bottles.
This is not an everyday wearable ring, it gets slightly uncomfortable after a while.

As a bar owner/tender I am constantly looking for ways to streamline my service. This ring is so comfortable and easy to use I have bought one for each of my employees and a few as backups, although they are so sturdy I don't think you could break one if you tried. I have used a few of these in the past from other manufacturers and they have been flimsy and uncomfortable. I am happy to say that this ring bucks the trend. If you are a server, avid drinker, or are just looking for a fun and unique gift this ring is worth every penny.

Very fast shipping, first of all. And when the product arrived, its like you are still looking at the picture on amazon. The ring is well made, it looks more like fine jewelry than what its suppose to be. The tops come right off the bottles when i open them. But just make sure you get the right-size ring, otherwise it tends to dig on the top part of the finger. I tried it on my other fingers and it did that, but not on the finger i order it for. Im very happy with it, and the best thing, the laughs you get from people when you show them what it is. I defenetly recomend the Stainless Steel Bottle Opener Ring from "West Coast Jewelry."
