My 3 1/2 Year Old Loves It January 6, 2009 A Mutt (VA) My three year old's only Christmas wish was a violin... when I found this one on Amazon I could only hope she would love it... and she does. When she plays it she holds it like a real violin and plays real violin sound. I only wish all toy instrument to were this pleasant to listen to.
Great gift January 6, 2009 Heidi Zimmermann (Minneapolis, MN) Christmas gift for my 2.5 year old. She's loving it~her 6 year old sister is loving it, too!
An A+ Toy Violin!!! December 29, 2008 BjoyRN (New Mexico, USA) This is what my husband and I got for my 2 year old this Christmas, it is an awesome toy! It has a button to play different tunes all by itself, or it will play to match the stroke of the bow to the pretend strings so our 2 year old feels like she is really playing the tune! And it does sound like a violin. It is synchronized to play fast if the movement of the bow is fast, and plays slow accordingly. I am so thrilled with this toy. The colors are vibrant in purple and blue - very girlie. I don't know if they have it any other colors though, because a boy toddler who likes music could sure appreciate this too.
Great Toy December 29, 2008 Great Pretender (NJ, United States) We bought this as a gift for our four-year-old who begged for a violin for Christmas. It's really cute, totally easy to play and very durable. A great toy for a budding musician who is preparing for the 'real thing' one day.
Kids love this violin December 22, 2008 N. Callahan 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have this little violin in my special education preschool. It's very popular with the children and has held up to heavy use. While it can be challenging to play as a violin, it is also easy to manipulate in other ways. That makes it ideal for a group of children with a wide range of abilities.
