I absolutely love this HRM!!! I bought it 5 months ago after months of researching all the HRM on the market. My husband bought a Sunnto model 2 months prior to my purchase and it was fine, but the watch itself was bigger and had lots of buttons and just seemed to "gadget-ie" to me. Not to mention I hated the thought of spending hundreds of dollars on a HRM, he paid almost $200 for his Sunnto. I wasn't sure that this HRM would give me what I needed because of the great price($89), but I was pleasantly surprised after my first use!
I was looking for a model that was easy to use that gave me an accurate HR reading, workout timer, calorie counter, workout log and this Polar F4 has it all. Super easy to use and easy to read display make this a 10 in my book. If you are worried about the chest strap being uncomfortable it really isn't bad. Took me a couple workouts to get used to it, but now I forget that its even there.
I found that in the first month I was exercising on average 1 extra time per week and about 10-20 mins longer per workout than before buying this HRM. I'm sure its because I tell myself things like..."Only 30 more calories to 400" it keeps me working longer and harder.
This is a must for anyone who is looking to make a fitness plan for the New Year.

Wonderful product! I would highly recomend this to anyone who is trying to monitor how many calories they are burning during a work out. The chest strap is comfortable and adjusts to your size. The watch is stylish and comfortable to wear while working out. Sometimes I wear it when I'm not at the gym just because it's so fun and cute.
The display screen is easy to read and the functions are easy to operate.

This is a great product and a great price from Amazon. Easy to use but I recommend silencing it because the beeping could become annoying and it drains the battery more quickly.

The first one I received did not work at all. I could not get a display on it all. I received a quick response from the shipper who emailed me a return address label. I had a new/working one within a week. The second one worked great. Easy to program right out of the box. Good basic heart monitor. Nothing fancy, easy to use, not a lot of frills. Just what I was looking for.

I have been pleased with my new heart monitor. It is very comfortable and easy to use to monitor my heart rate. No problems. Seems to work very well.
